Norrtelje Brenneri AB exists since 2001 and starts production in 2002, led by Kristina and Richard Jansson. Their distillery is located on the family farm on the Roslagen archipelago, 70 km north of Stockholm.
They make a wide range of products, most of which have organic certification and, as far as possible, use local ingredients, such as rowan berries or sea-buckthorn, from their own farm or from other Swedish or Finnish producers.
The stills are German, made by Carl GmbH, a world leader in the field.
Spring water, a key ingredient for any respectable distiller, is collected directly from their land.
