Simmer Gin (70 cl, 49% vol.)

Inspired by the magnificent skies on the Isle of Unst, Simmer Gin is a refreshing and aromatic gin created to celebrate the summer twilight in the amber skies of the Shetland Islands. It contains eight spices/seasonings including orange zest and liquorice roots.

• The nose opens with strong juniper before giving way to sweet orange.
• Juniper is less evident on the palate, as sweetness takes over with notes of orange and a hint of liquorice.
• The finish is long and lingering.
